Sugarland Renovation Sold in 2 Weeks!
The button below shows a video of this large Sugar Land house in the Woodstream subdivision with a great floor plan that needed updating with areas including bathroom and kitchen remodeling. It tells of challenges to overcome and decisions to make. More importantly, view the amazing transformation in the video to the right. The project took about 85 days to renovate, but we had a sales contract in about 2 weeks after entering the market, and were able to sell it far higher than we originally planned.

Home Improvement in a Fireplace Facelift
Residents in Sugar Land hired us to remodel their fireplace area so the new mantle would be long enough to showcase photos of their growing family or just have more decorating fun according to the season.
The original grey, brick mantle was demolished and a newly stained wooden mantle replaced it. All the brick of the fireplace and hearth was painted the color of the walls giving the family room a brighter, inviting place to relax or congregate with loved ones.

Home Improvement in Closet Organization
Residents of Houston hired HomeBase Repairs to coordinate closet organization renovations to three of their closets. Shelves of poplar plywood were constructed giving the clients organization and functionality of their space.
Hurricane Harvey Effected All of Us
Hurricane Harvey's floods devastated Houston and surrounding areas in late August 2017. Unfortunately, many homeowners did not have flood insurance, and in the reservoir-flooded communities, having it did not mean they were covered. Renovation and remodeling would not happen until remediation was complete and funds could be secured to sustain the long, arduous process of recovery. Most all victims would spend their own money and many would charge credit cards to the max just to make their home liveable. Home remodeling contractors, such as ourselves, will see this recovery work needed for years to come, but patience must persevere if we are to be paid for our services. Many of us contractors have freely volunteered our services as the overwhelming need was that great among our neighbors if not also with our own properties.
This Sugar Land client's home took in 2 inches of water that didn't completely dissapate for 3 days. Fortunately, her recovery could begin as soon as her home was remediated since she had access to necessary funds. We completely remodeled the kitchen, installing newly-built base cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash, faucet set and cooktop. In the master bathroom, the bathtub was replaced with a beautifully-tiled walk-in shower. Newly-built vanity cabinets topped with granite are featured in this room and at the wet bar. Since her home needed updating, this was a great opportunity to add value to her beautiful home in a wonderful Sugar Land neighborhood.
